And the irony is we all pretend we hate interruptions... In the middle of preparing a meal a nosy neighbor wanting to borrow some flour is a nuisance.

Right in the middle of our favorite TV show a doorbell that rings will have us furious.

The person interrupting us when we are having a conversation at the coffee station.

We hate interruptions, or so we say.

So why do we still allow those notifications to rule our life?
