12 Seconds to Impact (part 1) | Ep. 86

They had twelve seconds.

Before Gentry and Betsy Mikesell climbed into a small plane with their twin sons, they were already nervous.  Neither liked flying, but they agreed to what was supposed to be a short trip over Utah’s Uinta Mountains. Minutes later, everything changed.

The engine lost power, leaving their pilot just twelve seconds to find somewhere to land.  The plane crashed near Moon Lake, leaving Gentry trapped in the wreckage and his family stranded in a remote area with no cell service.

But as Betsy desperately prayed for help, something was happening nearly a mile away - something she couldn’t possibly have known about.
