054: Jazz, Mystery, and the Search for God: A Conversation with Amy Guterson

Shep Rosenman sits down with playwright and educator Amy Guterson for a rich conversation inspired by “Stay,” a song drawn from Psalm 31. Together, they explore the meeting point of jazz, mysticism, and creative practice, tracing Amy’s journey to Hasidus and Kabbalah, her founding of Tzohar Seminary, and the spiritual power of improvisation. It’s an intimate conversation about embracing mystery, holding paradox, and becoming a vessel for light.
