Something happens when I record without a script.

I stop trying to teach.

That is really how MoonNidra was born.

People often ask me why it’s called MoonNidra.

The answer is simple.

I let the moon speak to me.

I don’t mean that in a mystical or fortune-telling way.

I mean that every month I sit down, listen, reflect, and notice what is moving through my own life.
