Targets are plans, not completed deployment.</p><p>Inditex: first-half 2026 sales were €19.755bn, up 7.6% year on year; “€20bn” in the discussion is rounded. These are half-year results, rather than Q2 alone.</p><p>Australia: Retail Doctor Group’s 2026 survey of 1,000 Australian consumers found 48% would switch to a similar brand for better loyalty-programme value or benefits.
