<p>A lot has changed over the past three months.</p><p>I’ve been in the US raising capital, meeting with Coinbase, Kraken, angel investors and funds, while continuing to run Collective Shift.</p><p>The trip gave me a much clearer view of where AI is heading, how quickly the US is moving, and what the next phase of Collective Shift could look like.</p><p>We’re now building Shift AI, Trav is stepping into the COO role, and after more than four years with the business, Bergs is moving into his next chapter.</p><p>So today, we’re giving you a full update on where we’ve been, what we’ve learned, and what comes next.</p>
