Nancy Guthrie mystery wrapped in a riddle

This case is unbelievably crazy. It makes NO sense and seems just cruel for crueltys sake.

While I hold out hope for Nancy, Savannah and family after a few deadlines that have passed I cannot say it looks good. But will see.
