Tai-Ex opening

The Tai-Ex opened up 41-points this morning from yesterday's close, at 48,382

on turnover of 9.5-billion N-T.

The market tumbled (大幅下跌) over 900 points on Tuesday, following an overnight

sell-off in U-S tech stocks on Wall Street.

MOFA confirms one Taiwanese injured in attack on Riyadh airport

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has confirmed that one Taiwan national was

injured in one of the attacks targeting King Khalid International Airport in

Riyadh last week.

The ministry has not disclosed (透露；公開) their identity, citing privacy

concerns.
