In this episode of 6G Agenda, we take a deep dive into Alice Bailey’s 30 Years Work and the esoteric worldview behind one of the most influential figures in the modern New Age movement.We begin with the hidden dangers of the rainbow by Constance Cumby—examining its place in occult and esoteric traditions before moving into Alice Bailey’s teachings on spiritual evolution, hierarchy, initiation and the coming New Age.

Bailey’s 30 Years Work presents the development of the work carried out through Alice Bailey, the Tibetan and the Arcane School, describing an esoteric program intended to prepare humanity for what its proponents understood as a coming transformation. The Arcane School itself describes the “30 years’ work of the Tibetan” in collaboration with Bailey as providing teachings concerning the plans of the spiritual Hierarchy.

But what exactly does spiritual evolution mean when viewed through this framework?This leads us into what we call the “Spiritual Eugenics” question.

We investigate the parallels between the language of spiritual advancement and the much more explicitly biological and demographic ideas that emerged from Malthusianism and the eugenics movement.The historical Malthusian League, founded in Britain in 1877, advocated voluntary birth control and argued that limiting population growth could address poverty and resource pressures. Its history also intersected with the emerging eugenics movement, although the League itself did not simply advocate the selective breeding program associated with later eugenic organizations.We explore Bailey’s teachings alongside the history of the Malthusian League, population control, eugenics, Theosophy, spiritual hierarchy and the broader New Age movement, looking for the intellectual connections and historical overlaps while separating documented history from our larger interpretation.The result is a fascinating rabbit hole connecting rainbow symbolism, Alice Bailey, Theosophy, the Arcane School, spiritual evolution, Malthusianism, eugenics and the possibility of a deliberately engineered future humanity.
