What will Victoria's new auction reserve laws change?

Auctions in Victoria will look different from this weekend.

New laws requiring vendors to advertise the reserve price one week in advance of an auction, will be fully in effect.

The change will make the buying process more transparent, but some in the real estate industry say the move could leave people selling their homes out of pocket.
