MONDAY MANTRA: Alive with Confidence, I Rise!

Alive with Confidence, I Rise!

This week’s Monday Mantra arrives between the Equinox and the Harvest Full Moon—a powerful threshold of balance, illumination, and becoming.

Alive with Confidence, I Rise is more than a mantra. It is a soul posture. A remembering of the natural confidence, courage, creativity, and aliveness already moving within you.

Confidence is not something you have to chase or create. It is a state of being. A spiritual posture that becomes available when you reconnect with the LIFE within you and allow that aliveness to rise.

As the Harvest Full Moon illuminates what has grown, this mantra brings attention to what is ready to rise, ripen, and be received.

Turn up the volume of your life’s ALIVENESS and let confidence rise to meet you.
