Rising Tides, F1, Semi-Pros, Nerds in Training

This week, Alex and Beck make excuses; speak out of their rear ends; contemplate "two for twice the price"; share the joys of a race track at dawn; decide whether drag racing is an "event phenomenon"; think screaming matches are the best part of F1, which has a multitude of non-best parts; drop some dated (and sadly inaccurate) LeBron theory; and opine on the true marker of middle age.

They then embark on an extended conversation about sub-professional sports teams, ruminate on the news from Goodwood, discover the potential benefits of wearing BaT gear in public, talk about what constitutes rarity (with, admittedly, some stretching of numbers to make a point), go boar hunting with machine guns, train a wunderkind to be an insufferable car nerd, and, naturally, discuss their favorite license plates.

Follow along!
