Charter Amendment 26: Lowering the Signature Bar

Clark County voters will decide whether to cut the signature requirement for citizen initiatives and referendums from 10 percent to 8 percent. Sponsored by commission secretary Cathie Garber, the amendment passed the Charter Review Commission 12-3.
