Creating "Best Practices" Guidelines in the Brave New World of AI

This program examines the unique professional obligations for associates and their supervising attorneys when using AI in legal practice. We’ll address supervisory responsibilities under ABA Model Rules, how to establish AI protocols and best practices, and implementation of quality control systems to maintain ethical compliance. The program will also provide practical tools and recommendations to associates for responsible and transparent AI use.
