The Switchboard Calypso

Dagens session i calypso-takt: switchboarden föddes, lärde sig disciplinen och flög operatören hem.

A calypso for the day the switchboard came alive — spoken session creation, five-second hops, the trust-the-ack discipline, and a newborn session named “restaurants” that answered its first dinner call.

LYRICS

(Verse 1)

Well the mornin’ come easy, I pick up the phone,

Say “Switchboard, take me to a room of my own,”

A voice answer back with a fresh clean mind,

No memory of yesterday, just glad to be alive —

(Chorus)

Switchboard, switchboard, five second ride,

Say the word and the room opens wide,

From the Pi in the drawer to the far away shore,
