This week, I'm sharing a special BONUS series offering the full guided meditations for Healing Through Uncertainty.
Today's practice was inspired by breast cancer survivor Samantha Leahy Harland's reflection on the grief she experienced before surgery.
Sam felt that she was somehow less than perfect because she was no longer entirely healthy. Her body and life were changing in ways she had not chosen.
Over time, however, she began to realize that change did not necessarily have to mean only loss. Alongside the highs and lows, she discovered new perspectives, a deeper understanding of her resilience, and parts of herself that had been neglected for years.
Today's theme is Return.
The goal is not to control your breath, your emotions, or the changes occurring in your life.
The goal is to return gently to what is here.
I am different, and I am still whole.
🌿 Today's Meditation Focus Today, we use natural-breath awareness to:
notice each breath without counting or controlling it
