Religion, Roles & Rules: Are You Living by Choice or Compliance?

<p><strong>How much of your life are you really deciding, and how much has already been decided for you?</strong></p><p><br></p><p>In this episode of <em>Deciding to Soar: Living Life Your Own Way</em>, I explore three powerful forces that influence how we believe, who we believe we're allowed to be, and how we believe we're supposed to live: <strong>religion, roles, and rules.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>None of these are inherently harmful. Religion can ground us. Roles can help organize our lives. Rules can provide necessary structure, safety, and protection.
