Jill Schulman is a former U.S. Marine Corps officer turned leadership development expert, and the founder and CEO of Breakthrough Leadership Group. After five years on active duty as a combat engineer officer and a decade in sales leadership, she earned her Master's from the University of Pennsylvania and turned her career toward studying the science of bravery, resilience, and peak performance. She works with Fortune 500 leadership teams, is the co-founder of IGnITE Innovation, and is the author of The Bravery Effect: A Parable Teaching the Science of Conquering Fear, Achieving More, and Living Life to the Fullest.
