Change Management for Aviation Directors: How To Win Over Your Flight Department w/ Lisa Archambeau
In my own change management experience, I wasn't as proactive as I could have been. I grew a flight department from nothing and nobody to four jets, a helicopter, 30-plus people, and two locations in just under four years.
I realized later that I made lots of mistakes, including failing to get people involved at every level and early in the process. So I brought in co-author Lisa Archambeau to cover her chapter on change management.
Lisa is President and Facilitator of ServiceElements International and a fellow member of the NBAA Business Aviation Management Committee (BAMC). We covered some of the key mistakes aviation directors make, and what we can do differently to get more buy-in and lead though change.
