How to get an internship in 2026

Thinking about applying for an internship but don't know where to start?

This week I'm joined by Rowan Smith, who shares their experience of landing an internship with University of East Anglia (UEA).

We discuss:

how an internship can open doors to your future career

how to find internship opportunities that are worth applying for

how to make your CV and application stand out

what employers are really looking for

why you don't need loads of experience to get started.
