Home with Dean Sharp Hour 1 (09/26) - Today on Dean’s all-calls Saturday, our first caller’s lawn is soaked, and wants to know how to take out all the "sogginess".

Next up, a caller had their home roof done, and the contractor is asking for full payment before the final inspection is completed and approved - is it normal procedure, or will the contractor walk away?

Plus, a caller's 1975 house used to have a concrete patio. then had a wood plank deck, then once it aged out, had some interlocking pavers done as the patio, and doesn't want to step down.
