PET 2026 #6: SAP-managed System Provisioning: Overview and Early Adopter Insights feat. teamative

Recorded live at the SAP Product Expert Training in Germany, this episode tackles one of the most complex challenges in cloud ERP projects: who actually manages all those integrations?

Host Yannick Peterschmitt is joined by Shivani Arali from SAP Product Management, Michael Wuertz, Senior Manager at SAP partner teamative, and Voicu Ganga from Cloud Customer EMEA. Together they break down SAP-managed System Provisioning: what it means for partners and customers to hand over integration complexity to SAP, and why that shift matters for real projects.

The conversation covers the two scenarios already live: Workforce Management (SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition + SuccessFactors Employee Central) and Managed Operational Procurement (SAP S/4HANA + Ariba) — plus the incoming Opportunity to Order with Sales Cloud V2. Michael brings real-project perspective on what actually gets simplified, and the group digs into the data flowing between systems, the Early Adopter Care program, and what it takes to get a spot before it goes GA.

Sign up for the Customer Influence & Adoption initiatives:

SAP-managed Opportunity to Order

SAP Managed Workforce Management

SAP Managed Operational Procurement

Follow and subscribe on Spotify or Apple Podcasts so you never miss an update.
