How Northampton Town and Onside are changing men’s mental health | INTERVIEW

Onside is a mental health initiative founded by Adam Franklin and Connor Botterill.

They partner with football clubs across the English Football League and National League to provide accessible mental well-being support for fans and their families. 

Operating through a dedicated email inbox for each club, the service bypasses automated bots to offer human-led triage and connect individuals with professional assistance within a seven-day window.
