AI Can Make Your Ads Better—or Confidently Waste Your Money AI can be one of the most powerful tools inside your advertising account.

But there's a catch: if you don't understand what the AI is analyzing, you may have no way to know when its recommendations are wrong.

Episode Topics Why AI-generated ad recommendations can be dangerously convincing The context problem most clinic owners overlook Why tracking needs to be verified before optimizing campaigns How Jeremy uses AI to analyze and improve paid ads How AI skills and playbooks can turn expertise into repeatable systems AI Is Only as Good as the Context You Give It A patient can ask ChatGPT for a knee-pain program and receive a perfectly reasonable plan.

If you understand advertising, you can catch the mistake. If you don't, the recommendation can look completely legitimate.

When AI Gets Ads Wrong, It Spends Your Money Jeremy shares examples of AI making recommendations based on incomplete negative keyword data or telling a clinic to increase its budget because the reported cost per lead looked strong.

Before optimizing anything, you have to know whether the underlying data is accurate.
