In what might be the first possibility for justice for the killing of Renee Good by ICE Agent Jonathan Ross, Renee's family has filed two lawsuits: one - a wrongful death suit - against Ross, and the other, a Federal Tort Claims Act lawsuit against Stephen Miller, Kristi Nom, Tom Homan, and Greg Bovino.
