Luxa https://linktr.ee/LuxaStrata welcomes Zoë Wolters from Ambigram Therapy https://www.ambigramtherapy.com/ (who offers gender affirming voice training and can also assist with things like accents or exploring new areas of the voice) to unpack the ways that the body and mind work together when singing, speaking, intoning barbarous names etc. How is “Mom Voice” achieved, technically speaking? Should we adjust our larynx position to achieve different pitch? What is “head voice” and “chest voice”? All this and much more, including the dangers of peppermint and the word, “Ambigram”!

Luxa also shares a new track from It Cometh’s new album, House of Midnight https://itcometh.bandcamp.com/album/house-of-midnight and updates about The Green Mushroom Project https://greenmushroomproject.com/ and Void House- creating consent centered magical spaces for conducting group work both in person and online, investigating the magical and alchemical properties of consent, and providing consent education to magically inclined people.

Thanks for listening to the Lux Occult Podcast!
