Transitional Ministry with Rev. Dr. Jan Nolting Carter and Rev. Paul Rhebergen

All ministry is transitional… In this recast of a Ministry Forum webinar, Jan and Paul from Transitional Ministry Pathways invite us to think differently about transitional ministry. They explore how grief, conflict, congregational identity, systems, and discernment all shape the life of a church, and why paying attention to those things matters long before a search committee is ever struck.

Change isn’t something that only happens when a minister leaves. It’s happening all the time, in every congregation.
