"Building a Better Future: Tech, Inclusion, and What Comes Next"

<p>In this episode, we sit down with a software engineer and one of the participants of a documentary called "Building Better Future for Us", Demaceo Vincent Howard. He shares the journey behind the documentary , what it was like working in the tech industry during the uncertainty of a global pandemic, and how that experience deepened his conviction that technology must be built with everyone in mind.<br /><br />This conversation is honest, inspiring, and deeply human. We spoke about why inclusive technology — whether AI or any other innovation — isn't just a nice idea, but a responsibility. Because when we design with all people in mind from the very beginning, we don't just build better technology — we build a better future.<br /><br />This is a conversation about courage, purpose, and the defining moments that remind us why it matters who is in the room when the future is being built.<br /><br />You can watch 2 parts documentary here:<br /><br />Part 1: <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.pbs.org/video/breaking-ba" target="_blank">https://www.pbs.org/video/breaking-ba</a><a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.youtube.com/redirect?event=video_description&amp;redir_token=QUM4Zm9rUlI1MmxVS2pnODdnbTFuN2lXeG5HUnxBTl9pYzRlLXBVc05Xc2JEckx5Qy13Vy14ckVVUjlHLUFSQ19OQ1V4aWNoUjFPWFpsVkIwU1VwaWRNNjYzdTJCZjFrSjR2NnlET1BhWllHcUJUUXlBTG5hLUZ1eldfTTR0dEF4&amp;q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.pbs.org%2Fvideo%2Fbreaking-barriers-tech-for-us-kaq5cy%2F&amp;v=do5r6RZhJzc" target="_blank">...</a><br />Part 2: <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.pbs.org/video/building-be" target="_blank">https://www.pbs.org/video/building-be</a><a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.youtube.com/redirect?event=video_description&amp;redir_token=QUM4Zm9rU2c0YnFOWTR4V3VQVFQ2ejZISElNSnxBTl9pYzRmdjFOQ0RUOHkwTDVJUEx6bG9SQUdpZnF5WGNNMk5UcktXT0ItR0p6SG9hNXRpYmduY3h1cjhPY0NTclBuOEQ0LW9URTFDRW1VbFF1Rmdac2ZuMkRsWk40U285dFpP&amp;q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.pbs.org%2Fvideo%2Fbuilding-better-tech-for-us-9dlyrn%2F&amp;v=do5r6RZhJzc" target="_blank">...</a><br /><br />To connect with Demaceo and see his portfolio , visit <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.demaceo.com/" target="_blank">https://www.demaceo.com/</a></p>
