MNMT 536 : Bambi

After joining us at Monument Festival last year for a b2b with Beatrice M, Bambi now steps into the podcast series with a solo mix.

“Starting with a meditative intro, the mix slowly moves through epic breaks into minimal, percussive and driving rhythms, getting deeper and more psychedelic along the way before opening into some pretty, trancey and dubby atmospheres.

I had a lot of fun layering vocals and percussion throughout, letting little elements come and go and hopefully creating a sense of movement through the whole journey.

It features many of the tracks I’ve been playing throughout this summer’s tour, including some from my set at FOLD x UTE in late August, while trying to channel the incredible experience I had at Monument last year and weave some of those memories into the mix. Hope you’ll feel that too :)”
