Heart Coherence, Collective Dreams, and Zezar's New Realities with Marilyn Gavac-Keith

Host Alan Steinfeld talks with channel Marilyn Gavac-Keith and, at moments, with Zezar, the interdimensional being she channels, about heart coherence, collective dream states, retreats and zero-point energy. Suzanne, who organizes the retreats, joins the conversation throughout.

Opening Remarks on Awakening and Retreats

Marilyn Gavac-Keith opens the hour by describing a new awakening in which many people are breaking the bondage of separation. She speaks of retreats that give listeners a chance to feel what she calls new realities, stepping out of old three-dimensional programs and what she calls the old matrix. Marilyn poses questions that pull the conversation forward: what happens after death, what happens with contact, and what happens when a high being channels through a person into journeys beyond ordinary material life. Host Alan Steinfeld introduces her as the channel for the interdimensional being Zezar and says he has long intuited that these new realities are arriving. He sees her work and that of Suzanne, who organizes the gatherings, as making those realities real. Marilyn answers that people are ready for this awakening, even though the daily news does not show it.

Heart Coherence and the Question of Disclosure

Marilyn explains that people often ask when disclosure will happen, and she says Zezar frames the question differently. The real question, in her account, is when human consciousness reaches enough coherence to hold a global disclosure without shattering. Early disclosure, she argues, would have frightened people into separation and fear. Marilyn credits the gatherings with raising that coherence and points to heart coherence, which she links to research by the HeartMath Institute on the physical heart and nervous system. She describes anger, violent thoughts and sadness as dense, incoherent vibrations that travel little distance. Love, joy, peace and unity, by contrast, create a field that can be felt in a room. Suzanne adds that she studied HeartMath years ago and describes incoherent waves as static, while coherent waves align into harmony. Alan calls the message beautiful and says groups in harmony reach levels no one reaches alone.
