Best Local Artist

Voted 'Best Local Artist' Tutti Jenkins is one of the 26 Hall of Fame Florida Highwaymen Artists.  Host Ralph Oko is honoring Tutti at his Highwaymen Gallery. Tutti's paintings will be on display and featured for sale with a generous discount. Another Highwaymen artist - Rodney Demps - is featured on today's show. Rodney's perspective has been labeled 'Surrealist' because as Rodney always told everyone, "That's the way I see things." Ralph was priviledged to be on a panel that discussed and explored Rodney's talent and background.
