Advanced heel work is not about creating a dog that spends its entire life glued to your leg.

It is about creating a dog that understands exactly where you want them, pays attention to where you're going, and can stay connected when the environment gets difficult.

The finished product should actually create more freedom. When your dog has learned that level of communication and focus, moving through the real world together becomes dramatically easier.
