The Check Is in the Mail

October 3, 2026; 5PM: On tonight’s episode of PoliticsNation, host Reverend Al Sharpton examines President Trump’s push to rally the MAGA base in Ohio with the midterm elections just 31 days away.

Sharpton explores Trump’s latest promises to voters, including $90 checks for seniors and a proposed $5,000 dividend, while questioning the credibility of those promises amid rising costs, tariffs, and the ongoing conflict with Iran. As voters demand accountability, the episode examines whether Trump can win back their trust before Election Day.
