Luke Gross is USA Rugby's New GM of College Rugby

Capped 62 times by the USA, played for Marshall, played pro for 12 years, coached national teams, coached in college, Luke Gross has another job.

Can he make a difference as the General Manager of Collegiate Rugby for USA Rugby?

Thanks
