{Ep. 120} Feeling the Fear and Moving Anyway

This one is raw. Real. And I recorded it while sitting in the fear myself.

Because that's the thing about audacity, it's not a feeling you wait for. It's a decision you make even when everything in you wants to stay still.

In this episode we cover:

Why fear doesn't mean stop — it means your nervous system is doing its job

Why staying still actually feeds the fear and keeps you in the cycle longer

How your mind interprets stillness as confirmation that the threat is real

The difference between pushing through fear and actually clearing it at the root

What it means to have the audacity to move anyway — even on the hard mornings

Why the version of you that you're calling in felt the fear this morning too — she just didn't let it make the decision

The longer you stay still the louder it gets.

You're not being careful.

You're feeding it. 🔥

If you're ready to stop letting fear run the show...

💌 DM me AUDACITY — doors close soon.
