How to Find STR Vendors with AI

Luke tackles one of the most common questions he gets: how do you find a plumber, roofer, or other vendor for your short-term rental? He explains that finding them is only half the battle, since tracking people down, following up repeatedly, and holding them accountable is a huge part of being a property manager.
