Fushigi Yuugi Ep 42-44: Not Hitting the Same

This week we thin out the cast. But first, Sarah and Joe try to come up with things to talk about. Joe is eagerly awaiting a vacation and has done little else in the meantime, while Sarah has dialed back some going out, but just a little. Then we talk about direct to DVD Disney movies for a while, as one does…

Then in Fushigi Yugi, we get into some more relationship drama that leads us up the mountain, where we finally get back to the plot of getting the Shinzaho. We also learn that old geezers still got it. But none of this really matters because the important thing is that Keisuke and Tetsuya are making friends and having great adventures together. They’re great. Finally, we round out the episodes by saying goodbye to our, uh, dear friend. I guess…Oh yeah, and Yui summons Seiryuu.
