You Are The Creator | SOVEREIGN Magazine® Podcast with Heather Ruth

Trigger Warning: In this episode of the SOVEREIGN Magazine® Podcast, host Nicole George welcomes SOVEREIGN Magazine®’s Cards of Destiny Columnist Heather Ruth, a Master Numerologist and founder of Pure Soulful Coaching, to discuss the October New Moon issue theme Constructed Reality and Heather’s article “Weaving Your Reality, Thread by Devoted Thread.”

Heather explains that constructing reality begins with believing you are the creator of your experience and fortifying your authentic inner essence rather than surrendering power to external systems. She shares that the October 2026 New Moon offers a “preview” of 2027’s 11/2 energy—intuition, feeling, union, and mirroring - calculated by adding October’s 10 to 2026’s 10 to form 11, which reduces to 2.

They discuss shedding outdated identities, discerning triggers as mirrors, and using muscle testing as a body-based tool for clear decision-making and intuition, with Heather outlining simple steps. Nicole closes by previewing the next episode on worthiness and directing listeners to Heather’s Cards of Destiny resources and readings.
