Honouring the Shadow: Religious Trauma, Worthiness and the Angels with Gracie Navarro

This month in the Spirit School Collective, we’re honouring the shadow. In this episode, I sit down with one of my favourite people, Gracie Navarro of Graceful Healing. Gracie is a spiritual guide, medium, healer and longtime student of mine. She shares what it was like to grow up in the Jehovah’s Witness faith, believing all spirit was bad and that she would never be worthy of God’s love.

This is a tender, honest conversation about finding your way back to your own truth without disrespecting the people you love. Gracie shares how she rebuilt her relationship with Creator on her own terms. She also tells some breathtaking stories of angelic intervention, from a truck rolling down a hill to an operating room full of angels.
