Revd Laura Wheatley Downs tells us a story for our all together Harvest Celebrations. Images were on the screen. The story was based on Luke 12.16-30, where a rich land owner finds the harvest is so plentiful, he decides to knock down his barns and build bigger ones, so that he can spend the rest of his life at ease. That night he died. Better we are told to store up riches in heaven rather than on earth.
