Free The "P"

#FreePalestine cannot be the bar for morality…

This episode = Macklemore "Free Palestine Tour" mess, spawned from the Ed Sheeran fallout (basically his version of the drake 20v1), the matched donations nonsense, the $700 resale tickets… like what are we doing?

Who is this actually helping? We’re gonna pull apart the difference between real solidarity and content, talk about the nonprofit industrial complex, and explore what’s actually hindering progress/praxis/strategy. There’s also a bit about the Nicole Hannah-Jones story (Sidebar: Fuck Shoshana Guy) and how it’s a meta snapshot on class, saviorism, and who gets to own/contribute to larger socioeconomic narratives.

Chill episode <3
