Episode 70 - October I Ching forecast: Yang Earth Dog: Modesty, Standstill, Following, Completion

The Yang Earth Dog month runs October 8 through November 6, 2026. It's a grounded, intuitive time, and the watchword is moderation. In this episode, Beverly of The Intuitive Interior reads the month's energy with The Tao Oracle I Ching deck.

In this reading:

The Earth Dog: Reconnect with ancestral love. Draw on your family's strength, not just its trauma.

Hexagram 15, Modesty: Let go of the pressure to be exceptional, find joy in the ordinary, and do some fall cleaning before the holiday décor goes up.

Hexagram 12, Standstill: Why this month feels like shoveling snow in a blizzard, and how to handle the election season from the inside out.

Hexagram 17, Following: Look hard at who you follow and why. Honor your roots without staying the same.

Hexagram 63, Completion: Celebrate what you've finished, skip the victory lap, and find the right guides for your next climb.

Rat and Dragon in your chart: Who will feel this month most, and what to expect.
