Why You’re Not Paying Yourself Enough: The Hidden Money Rules Keeping You Making Less
This episode is for you if your business makes good money, everyone gets paid... and somehow, you're still the last person in line OR if you know that, with all the hard work you put in day in and day out, you should theoretically be making more money.
If this feels familiar, I want you to know that this isn't because you're bad with money.
You're probably incredibly responsible with money. You make payroll, always. You take care of your people. You make sure the business has what it needs.
The problem isn't your competence.

Inspired Actions:✨ Look at your numbers with curiosity instead of judgment. Notice who gets paid first each month and where you currently fall in line.
✨ Pay attention to whether you're telling yourself, "The business needs it more than I do." Ask yourself how long you've been using that belief to postpone receiving more from what you've built.
✨ Notice every time you think, "I'll pay myself more once..." Revenue stabilizes. The quarter ends. The launch is over. Things calm down. Ask yourself whether that finish line keeps moving.
✨ Explore whether part of you believes that paying yourself more means taking something away from your team, your clients or your business. Your abundance does not automatically require someone else's lack.
✨ Practice saying: "I deserve to receive, too. I deserve to be paid well for the work that I do."
✨ Remember that an inherited rule (that you received without consent) is a rule you're allowed to change.
