Parents, not every moment of your kid's life needs to be filmed - Episode 662 - The Scribble with Jeremy Bradley
Back when there was a limit to the number of photos you could take, people were selective about when they snapped pics. Whether it was a holiday or family wedding or a birthday party, you didn't leave the gathering with 75 pictures taken. At most, you left with 12, 24 or 36 -- depending on how much film you had for your camera... and if you used an entire roll. Jeremy Bradley talks about how parents are obsessed with recording every moment that their child does something fun. "I remember being at the park, going to the slide and my mom waiting at the bottom," said JB. "She wasn't focused on taking 40 pictures of me walking to the slide, then climbing the stairs, then sitting at the top, then sliding down, then reaching the bottom. Did she even take a camera for something so mundane? Never. We lived in the moment. It wasn't about capturing it for others because they 'totally need to see this' cute shot."
