What happens when you stop believing every thought you have… and start observing it instead?

In this episode of The Upgrade Edit, I’m talking about one of the biggest shifts I’ve noticed in myself lately: my ability to become the observer of my own life.

After a situation completely rattled my nervous system and pulled me back into old patterns, resentment, rumination and ways of being that I thought I had moved beyond, I realised something pretty incredible.
