Mike's the Clinical Director and Founder of Family First Intervention, and his whole career started because his own family was torn apart by addiction in the mid-2000s. They nearly hit the point of no return before an intervention professional stepped in and changed everything.

Mike literally switched careers, left finance behind, and eventually built a program that helps families stop waiting for their loved one to "hit bottom" and start reclaiming their own voices. His S.A.F.E. approach focuses on whole-family healing, not just the person struggling.
