Windy and cool Thursday, but will a nor'easter take hold of our weekend

A developing nor'easter is expected to bring several days of rough coastal conditions to the Tri-State Area, with forecasters expressing the highest confidence in significant waves, coastal flooding, and strong winds through the weekend. Conditions remain dry Thursday, though it will be breezy and cool with highs near 67 degrees. Clouds will increase Thursday night ahead of the storm.
