Justin Terch is the owner and principal consultant of Terch & Associates Consulting LLC, an independent human resources consulting firm serving employers throughout the upper Midwest and has offices in Duluth and St. Louis Park Minnesota. He is an experienced workplace investigator who conducts independent investigations involving employee misconduct, harassment, discrimination, and other complex employment matters and has extensive experience in partnering with corporate security.

In addition to investigations, Justin advises organizations on employment law compliance, labor relations, executive safety and security, and human resources strategy. Licensed by the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, his firm helps coordinate executive protection and workplace security where he acts a critical link between human resources and security teams. He also serves as State Director for the Minnesota State Council of SHRM (MNSHRM), supporting the advancement of the human resources profession through leadership and education.
