On the cocktail side of things, today Matthew is drinking a Jolene while Ben is drinking a Call Me Crazy. Recipes below.

Jolene2 oz Thyme-infused Gin3/4 oz Lemon Juice3/4 oz 1:1 honey syrup4 Dashes Peach Bitters2 drops 20% saline solutionTiny pinch of edible gold cocktail glitter (optional)Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a thyme sprig or a lemon wheel.

Call Me Crazy1 1/2 Gin1/2 D.O.M. Benedictine3/4 oz Lime juice1/2 oz Simple syrupLime wheel for garnishCombine gin, Benedictine, lime juice and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Float the lime while in the glass.
