What does it actually sound like when God speaks—and can we learn to recognize His voice in everyday life?

Dr. Corné Bekker was angry with the world, angry with God, and ready to walk away from ministry for good. Then, in a split second, he heard the Lord call him by name.

As Dean of the School of Divinity at Regent University, Dr. Bekker joins Heaven Meets Earth to share the moment God told him, "Go rebuild My church, which you see is broken," and how everything changed.

He also shares the second time he believes he heard God's audible voice. It came as a single word, "Go," while he was mowing his lawn.

But hearing God isn't reserved for dramatic encounters. Dr. Bekker believes we were created to hear His voice, and that learning to recognize it can transform the way we live, pray, and walk with Him every day.

In this episode, you'll learn:

• What it can sound like when God speaks

• How to become more attentive to His voice

• How to discern the ways He may already be speaking to you
